About Us

Tempe Process Service and Company was formed in December 2004.  We are a family owned, female operated and oriented business that strives to give you no-nonsense, quick and efficient customer service. We have both male and female servers to serve your papers.

Our mission is to provide you with timely communication and quick results.

The principal is a Registered Officer of the Superior Court (Private Process Server) and member of the Arizona Process Servers Association and is certified as an Arizona Certified Process Server.

While we specialize in the Tempe metropolitan area we can offer competitive rates and fees statewide.  All of our fees comply with the statutory
guidelines of A.R.S 11-445(H).  See our
Fees & Service page!

Our services include those expressed and by A.R.S. 11-445(H), a private process server may serve all process, writs, orders, pleadings or papers
required or permitted by law to be served prior to, during, or independently of a court action, including all such as are required or permitted to be
served by a sheriff or constable, except writs or orders requiring the service officer to sell, deliver or take into the officer's custody persons or
property, or as may otherwise be limited by rule established by the supreme court. A private process server is an officer of the court.

We not accept or serve sealed letters, packages or parcels.
